Following the PUMA Speed Cat 2.9 Mid “Red Bull Racing” colorways we showed you earlier, we have now spotted a two-sneaker lineup of the PUMA Speed Cat 2.9 “Angle” that is now available at Mita.

The PUMA Speed Cat 2.9 “Angle” colorways involved in this lineup feature a base constructed of leather and perforated leather. In detail, perforated leather appears throughout the side panels, while the predominance of the upper is constructed of leather. However, one of the more interesting features on this shoe is the kaleidoscope-like design on the heel panel. The PUMA Speed Cat 2.9. “Angle” will come in white/black-red and navy/white-pink. Both are now available at Mita.

The late Alexander McQueen constructed some very nice collaborative efforts with Puma to say the least. However, Puma is set to reveal some other designs that designed with the help of other designers. With that said, take a look at the Kehinde Wiley  x Puma 917 Mid Mame.

World-famous designer Kehinde Wiley designed this peculiar sneaker in honor of the upcoming 2010 World Cup. Supposedly, it draws most of inspiration from Africa’s icons, colors and most of all, it is an extension of Africa’s spirit. The off-white base overlayed by blue bird-like figurines, while a faded, rainbow-like coloration appears on the ankle strap and toe cap.

In Philadelphia, sports are life, cheese steaks are served for breakfast, and PUMA is launching a sneaker to be worn by the most notorious of Philly sports fans. From 1971-2003, Philadelphia’s Veterans Stadium was rocked by the most infamous of fans on level 700 of the stadium’s upper deck. Rocked so hard a courtroom was built into the stadium to try and tame them.

To honor these legends, PUMA is launching the limited edition UBIQ 700 Level Collection. Available at UBIQ, a Philly legend in its own right, beginning November 8th, the pack’s two Clydes and two PUMA Mids rock Philly team colors, in leather and jersey mesh uppers, plus the original stadium map tattooed in the sockliners and the stadium years marked on each heel. The infamous “Nest of Death” laces paired with a “700” metal lace keeper complete the look.

Looking back into their archives, PUMA prepare to launch 9 new colorways in their staple Suede sneaker for Fall/Winter 2009. Some of which are now available, and three which release November 12th, feature classic two-tone color schemes with full suede construction. Definitely a nice selection of colors in one of the brand’s most timeless designs.

In mid-August, Puma released two Clyde “Africa” colorways in which many of you thought were nice, subtle designs. In addition, Puma has unleashed two more limited edition Puma Clyde “Africa” styles which are also available at Mita.

One pair (shown to the right) features what seems to be a mostly black base with glaring brown details particularly in the form of the shoelaces and the Puma stripe on the side panels. The multi-shaped color patterns that border the midfoot area along with the red inner lining give this shoe a nice color contrast. The remaining pair possesses the same design; however, it owns a white/grey color scheme.

Unveiled is an upcoming release from PUMA utilizing the brand’s fashion forward Slipstream Hi. The shoes are featured in a leopard motif with a release slated for December 2009 at select PUMA retail accounts, including The Good Will Out.

Puma’s fan-favorite Suede model has long been a staple for bboys and Hip-Hop heads alike. In a move made popular by Run DMC, Puma release the Suede “Fat Lace” in a laceless format. Featuring a slip-on style elastic closure, the shoes feature a shoelace Formstripe. Three colors include some basic styles in black, red and yellow. Available now at mita.
