Starting in 2007, Nike has re-released the Air Bakin‘ of 1997 in a myriad of colors with the most recent release being the Metallic Silver/Purple as a Maryland House of Hoops exclusive.

Most of these retros have possessed new colorways except for the Royal Blue/Black pair and the now available Black/Red pair. During their heyday, you could’ve seen the blue joints on the feet of Tim Hardaway or Mitch Richmond and this Black/Red version on The Worm, Dennis Rodman.
