Californian native, The Hundreds, had just unveiled its Winter 2010 Footware collection. For those who have been fans of the flagship models like Johnson Mid and its little brother, the Johnson Low, the sneakers get a little textural treatment in perforated suede or reptilian textured suede upper this season for a wild ride.

Other items to look out for include the Valenzuela Low with a hemp upper and the TH “Scratch logo”, the Jackson Low with suede upper and Wayne High with leather upper and matching leather laces. In usual TH fashion, color palettes remains monochromatic to keep the bright, bright, and the rest simple. The sneakers all come with padding on tongue and collar opening, as well as EVA insoles with half latex insoles for extra cushioning. Get them at THLA, THNY and THSF starting this Friday.

Bold colors, rhymes and the funny characters that Dr. Seuss made famous are boldly displayed on Chuck Taylor All Star shoes. With some styles looking as if they themselves are straight out of Dr. Seuss-ville, this collection is bound to inspire the dreams of children young and old.

Available from toddler to adult sizes the Converse Dr. Seuss collection will be available to Seuss fans young and old.  The entire collection is available now online at Converse.com ranging in price from $35 – $65.

Represented by heroic sport icons from Stan Smith and Ilie Nastase to “Pistol Pete” Maravich, adidas has always been there for athletes on and off the court. Its Court & Ball Collection for Spring/Summer 2010 features products with roots that originated on the great tennis and basketball courts of the world.

It’s a comfortable and cool collection to keep you on your game everywhere, from the stadium to the street, paying tribute to the brand’s heritage while adding some new twists to keep it fresh. The collection is now available online  and in-store through adidas Originals Flagship locations.

Following up our initial preview in November, here’s a closer look in the upcoming Star Wars capsule collection from adidas Originals. Although some models go all out with the classic graphics and color schemes, others remain a bit tamer, while all still doing an excellent job of translating the iconic film franchise into a wearable collection of footwear and apparel.

Shown below are various adidas models featuring inspiration from key Star Wars characters, including Yoda, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper, Luke Skywalker, and Princess Leia, amongst others.

Star Wars has been a popular theme on sneakers for a very long time. We even showed you the History of Star Wars Sneakers on the unofficial Star Wars Day (May 4th). Adidas looks to add to the aforementioned list by introducing an Originals Star Wars Collection.

This particular Stars Wars inspired collection is slightly different from the rest in that the sneakers are inspired by specific characters and/or scenes in the movie. Adidas chose to use some of its classic Originals models and also incorporated apparel in this collection. Look for this collection to hit select retailers in January 2010.

An early look into New Balance’s 577 offerings for 2010 Spring/Summer have surfaced. The 20-year old running shoe maintains a slightly slimmer profile than other shoes of the era with a nice color-block scheme that features white, khaki and a contrasting color.

The use of the contrasting color on the upper is met with a texturized finish while a white midsole with another color hit finishes things off. This batch of New Balance 577’s will hit retailers in March of 2010.

We kicked off November, partially, by bringing you a closer look at the adidas Five Two-3 Plant Pack. Now, we have another collection from the adidas Five Two-3 campaign known as the “City Artist” collection because a specific artist was chosen to represent their city through the designing of an adidas shoe. Dalek is representing NYC with a pair of Forum mids, London’s Pochoir worked on the Superstar, and France’s KRSN applied his style onto the Stan Smith.

Finally, Madsaki represents for Osaka, Japan through the Samba and Fasko does it through the Nizza high. Certain retailers already have all five of these sneakers in stock, so check out pix of the rest of the collection after the jump before deciding whether or not to try and purchase one or all of them.

Thanks to these Chapter x Stadium x Reebok Reverse Jam collaborations, the tough wheat-colored work boot look is available to those who stick to sneakers. Featuring two pairs, the “Camouflage Collection” uses two very different colorways to provide a solid, sturdy look on tis old school silhouette.

One half of the pack is the aforementioned boot-inspired pair, which features boot laces and eyestays to complete the look. If you look closely, the nubuck also features camouflage grooves, though it remains single colored. The other pair is dressed in army camo leather for the entirety of the upper. To make sure that they don’t go completely unnoticed though, an all red midsole is used.

Continuing on with New Balance and 686’s innovative partnership scheme, we see the creation that cradles the lines of both the sneaker and snowboard world. The high-tech performance offerings of 686 can be seen adapted for use in some interesting mediums on New Balance’s iconic and once Japanese-market exclusive MT580 as well as apparel.

However to further highlight the collection, New Balance and 686 also set forth in creating the NB686 Super Nova Collection, a boxset limited to 20 pieces was also created which features a jacket, New Era cap, and limited edition NB686 boot and sneaker for display purposes.

In Philadelphia, sports are life, cheese steaks are served for breakfast, and PUMA is launching a sneaker to be worn by the most notorious of Philly sports fans. From 1971-2003, Philadelphia’s Veterans Stadium was rocked by the most infamous of fans on level 700 of the stadium’s upper deck. Rocked so hard a courtroom was built into the stadium to try and tame them.

To honor these legends, PUMA is launching the limited edition UBIQ 700 Level Collection. Available at UBIQ, a Philly legend in its own right, beginning November 8th, the pack’s two Clydes and two PUMA Mids rock Philly team colors, in leather and jersey mesh uppers, plus the original stadium map tattooed in the sockliners and the stadium years marked on each heel. The infamous “Nest of Death” laces paired with a “700” metal lace keeper complete the look.
